Open Arms was formed on April 4, 2006 as a real estate investment company. Purchasing rehabbing and putting the homes back on the market was our niche.

Since then we have had to change the way we do things around here. The same contractors that rehabbed the homes for us in the past are still with us, but the capacity has changed. Now our contractors respond to your calls to see how we might assist you or advise you on the direction you should go.

We may have had to change our business model after the Economic down turn, but it has not changed our Quality Of Work.
